Meaningful connections can often begin with chance encounters — a conversation, a shared idea, or simply crossing paths at the right moment.
In that spirit, thank you to Sunil Sharma for his generous reflections about me and my mission around cyber awareness, cyber wellness, and AI safety.
One principle that has guided me over the years comes from the Bhagavad Gita: to treat joy and sorrow with equal balance, not become overly attached to either, set aside ego, and focus on doing the work that needs to be done.
For me, that work is helping people better understand their digital habits and safeguard themselves, their families, and their organisations from digital harms in an AI-enabled world.
My simple formula is: STOP. BREATHE. THINK. Before we click, share, trust, or act.
If you’d like to assess your own level of cyber awareness, I’ve created a short Cyber Wellness Check. I’d love for you to take part and join the growing community working towards a safer, more secure, and more resilient digital future: Cyber Wellness Check
After all, cyber resilience starts not with technology, but with the choices we make every day.
