Everyday wellness isn’t optional, especially in our hyper-connected and “always-on” worlds. Do you have your everyday wellness routines and hacks in place for when time is a luxury?

I do. Meditation (and power naps when possible!) helps me feel grounded and balanced every day. By giving me a break from digital devices, it also helps calm my frazzled brain (a core component of cyber wellness).

The conversation around youth mental health in Singapore is more critical than ever:

🤯 1 in 3 young people in Singapore reported experiencing severe symptoms of depression, anxiety, or stress.
🤯 Excessive use and problematic social media features are strongly linked to poorer youth mental health.

Congratulations to Rethi Reghu and Dr Rinkoo Ghosh for organising the EveryDAY Wellness Youth Seminar, an inspiring event discussing mental health, wellbeing, and resilience by and for young people 🌟.

We’d love to have more youth involved and contribute to this community-led event for better mental health outcomes!

Registration is FREE. Participants can register directly through the QR code. All details 👇
