Technology is transforming the workplace faster than organisations can adapt — especially with the rapid rise of AI.
It was a pleasure to speak at The Meetings Show Asia Pacific, sharing a “Talk in Ten” on Future Workforce, Technology & Wellbeing: Why Cyber Wellness Matters, where I highlighted that:
- Digital overload is real. Technostress is becoming an increasingly important workforce wellbeing issue.
- Digital habits start at home. Family behaviours and cyber culture shape how employees interact with technology at work.
- Human behaviour is the new cyber frontier. In the age of AI, the next generation of cyber risks will test human judgement more than technical systems.
For event organisers, as well as HR and L&D leaders, this raises an important question:
How do we empower people to stay safe, well, and confident — not overwhelmed — in a rapidly evolving digital world?
