Amid the complex cybersecurity challenges we face today, how can we build a cybersecurity workforce equipped with the skills, knowledge, and resilience needed to safeguard our digital future? I discussed this with my fellow panellists at the Empowering Cyber Resilience Summit. I highlighted that bringing people into the centre of cybersecurity investments- as opposed to Technology and Process- would be the most effective route for organisational cyber resilience. Unfortunately, the reality is that most companies tend to focus on the tech, whereas it is the people that can make or break cybersecurity outcomes.
