Cyber-bullying and fake news are some of the perils we face online. How can we make the internet a safer space? A first step is to be more mindful of how we communicate, and to inject more kindness and empathy in our interactions.

Parents can play an important role by communicating with their kids about good digital citizenship, being good role models themselves, and navigating online dangers together.
